With over 25 years of hands on restaurant experience Mr. Cooley brings to our company a vast knowledge of restaurant operations and HACCP principals. Mr Cooley has worked for companies such as Darden restaurants, The Walt Disney Company, and Universal Studio's. He has proven skills in Food Safety Operations, Restaurant Operations, and HACCP design and principals. He has received advanced training at the Food Safety Summit in Washington D.C. In HACCP Principals. Tim was instrumental in supplementing the Universal Orlando Food Safety program which is now a model for the state of Florida.

Ms. DiMascio is a accomplished business leader with incredible acumen in Sales, Operations, and Branding. She was recently honored with being selected as one of fifty women nationally to participate in the the Prestigious Executive Leadership Program at the Tuck Business School at Dartmouth College and a finalist for the Entrepreneur of the Year award presented by the Orlando Business Journal. Ms. DiMascio currently sits on the boards of several endeavors including F.A.P.S (Florida Association of Personnel Services) and BioOrlando.
